STEP BY STEP PICTORIAL:

Beat cake mix and pour about 1/4" of batter into cupcake foils
// STEP FIVE //
Cook the batter at the temperature designated on the cake mix box,
but only cook the cake for about 10 minutes!
This will give a thicker, cakey consistency, and if you bake it
for the whole time it will rise too high!
Scoop your ice cream onto the tops of the cupcake.
Do this while the pan is still warm so that the ice cream will melt a bit,
and spread it across the cupcake top so it will form a cupcake shape
// STEP SIX //
Put your cupcakes into the freezer for about 2 hours,
or until the ice cream and the cake are hard.
Don some good ol' whipped cream and toss sprinkles on top!
